Student Movement Against Cancer's mission is to empower, encourage, and inspire the  generation that ends cancer.

At Student Movement Against Cancer (SMAC), our mission has always been to empower students to take meaningful action in the fight against cancer—and the energy from this year’s Movers, Shakers, Change Makers and Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School's SMAC Dunks Cancer events has been nothing short of inspiring. The events brought together students, athletes, and community members for one purpose: to support Comfort Project 360, an extraordinary nonprofit that enhances the comfort and well-being of cancer patients receiving treatment at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center.
